BASICS
Begin your Muay Thai journey with this focused one-hour class, aimed at developing and refining the fundamental techniques essential for striking and Muay Thai. While this session is open to all skill levels, it is particularly suited for beginners due to its slower pace and shorter duration.
ALL SKILL LEVELS
A dynamic class lasting 1 to 1.5 hours, tailored for students at all skill levels in Muay Thai. Beginners will find the class both challenging and attainable, allowing them to develop a solid foundation in key techniques. Meanwhile, advanced practitioners will focus on refining their finesse, boosting creativity, improving transitions, and mastering more complex techniques.
Advanced Striking/Sparring
Pro-Level Striking/Sparring is an exclusive, invite-only session led by coaches, focusing on intensive sparring and fight camp preparation. It is specially designed for those actively competing or dedicated to supporting our competition team.
